4 Feb 2010The Arabic language can be tricky to work with when it comes to doing online SEO, marketing content and creatives online and offline, especially if all your computer settings are in Western alphabet and fonts. There are workarounds but we see that many search engine queries are done with Western characters, something that is common for all non-latin alphabets (Farsi, Chinese, Russian etc). As people sit on keyboards that don’t have the right characters they go this route to find the right search result.
It’s always interesting to hear what Google has to say on this topic and recently some of the Google engineers briefly discussed the challenges and improvements that had been done on Arabic searches on Google.
